Reserving with duPlooy Travel

duPlooy Travel makes it easy for you to create your own personalized vacation to Belize. Continue reading about how our reservation process works, from your initial inquiry, through reserving, confirmation, payment and documentation.

Initial Inquiry

Call us or begin your itinerary by filling out our Request for Information form with as much pertinent information as you can about your travel plans to Belize.

Reserving

We will assist in developing your personal itinerary until you are satisfied.

Confirmation

At the time you decide to reserve, we will send you a formal package quote for your final approval. The quote will confirm lodging availability and the total cost for all items listed in your itinerary.

Payment

duPlooy Travel requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of package with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to your arrival in Belize. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time the reservation is confirmed.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD

Secure Online Reservation Payment
Choose this option and we will send you a reference number to access our secure Online payment system.

Standard Credit Card Form
Choose this option and we will email you our Standard Credit Card Form for you to print and fill out, sign, attach and return to us in PDF or similar secure format.

* We accept VISA and Master Card only.
* The actual charge may be slightly higher then the quoted amount due to credit card currency and foreign exchange fees.

PAY BY CHECK
Pay by Check and save credit card foreign exchange fees; plus receive a 4% discount. Just scan and email a copy to ;Then mail your check to: duPlooy Travel, Box 180, San Ignacio, Belize, C.A.

Allow at least 1 week for mail to reach Belize.

* We accept ONLY Cashiers Checks, Bank Certified Check, or Money Orders.
* We do not accept personal checks.

Documentation

Your trip is confirmed and you're ready to go when final payment has been made. As soon as final payment is verified, we will email your travel vouchers to you, for you to present to your service providers.

Changes & Cancellations

At duPlooy Travel we want you to be happy with your itinerary, however changes can be costly. We reserve the right to charge for any changes you make to your itinerary after our initial price quotation.

Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus a 4% Visa/MC transaction charge when paying by credit card. Additionally, refunds will be made in accordance with the policies of our service providers. This may result in charges for unused portions of your package-itinerary.
